This is the #196 Floodlight Tower that Lionel made in the middle 1960s. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Mint Condition, no signs of use, and includes the Instruction Sheet and Connection Wires. The Original 1966c Box is in (9-) Condition and includes the White Insert. Also included is the Original Blue Price Insert, which is extremely hard to find. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $15.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
