This is the #3451 Operating Log Dump Car that Lionel made circa 1946. Heat Steamped Variation; Includes a speckled bin. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Like New Condition, very minor signs of use and age. The Original SF-1 Box is firm and crisp but one edge either has some old tape residue or some platform paint. A Nice Insert. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $10.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
