Great Lionel #1045 Operating Flagman/Scarce Black Uniform/OB+

This is the #1045 Operating Flagman that Lionel made in the 1940s. This is the scarce variation with a Black Uniform (all of them came with a Navy Moving Arm, which is the only color Lionel ever made for this piece). Our Opinion is that it is generally in Like New Condition, minor if any signs of use and age. The Original Box is in (8) Condition with some scotch-tape repairs. A Nice Insert and track clip but no envelope. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $10.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
