This is the #6827 Black Flat Car with P&H Power Shovel that Lionel made in the early 1960s. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Mint Condition, no signs of use on the car but the Power Shovel has been assembled. The Very Scarce 1959-Type Non-Perf Box is in (8+) Condition, some interior repairs. The Inner Box is in (8+) Condition but missing one interior flap. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $12.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
