This is the #6456 Maroon Lehigh Valley Hopper that Lionel made in the early 1950s. The Hopper comes with staple-end trucks which date the item prior to 1953 production. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Mint Condition, no signs of use, minor signs of age with original inspection slip. Great piece if needed to complete a set. The Original 55- Middle Classic Box is in (8+) Condition, square and colorful, but has a "skin" spot on one end and one torn coupler flap. All Original in Our Opinion.
