This is the #6828 Black Flat Car with P&H Crane that Lionel made around 1966. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Mint Condition, no signs of use. The Crane is still unwrapped in original, factory-fresh cloth wrapping. Cellophane Box is in (9) Condition. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $15.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
