This is the Red Operating Knuckle Coupler Instruction Booklet that was tied to the Gondola in the #463W Set that Lionel made in 1945. As we noted in our Book, Guide to Lionel Trains, Volume III: Catalogued Sets, Lionel included this 4" x 4 1/2" Folded Red Tag in the very early Sets where Lionel included a Pre-War Instruction Booklet. As such, most Sets did not include this Red Tag and we have seen less than five of these throughout the years. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent Condition. All Original in our Opinion.
