Mint Lionel #1591 USMC Military Set/Brick OBs

This is the scarce #1591 Military Set that Lionel made in 1958. This Set includes the #212 USMC Alco A Diesel with Magnetraction, the #6803 USMC FLat Car with Pyro Military Units, the #6807 USMC Flat Car with DKW Pyro Vehicle, the #6809 USMC Flat Car with Pryo Units and the #6017-50 USMC Caboose. The Engine is the scarcer Maroon Body Mold. Our Opinion is that the Set is generally in Mint Condition, no signs of use, minor signs of age. The Original Set Box is in (9-) Condition. The Inner Boxes are generally in (9/9-) Condition, missing one interior flap on one of the USMC Flat Boxes; most wear visible on the caboose box. Includes Outfit Instruction sheet, track, miscellany, but not the transformer. One of the "best" military sets. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $30.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
