This is the #6828 Black Flat Car with Light Yellow P&H Crane that Lionel made in the early 1960s. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Mint, no signs of use other than assembly. The Original 1959-Type and Inner Box are in (9-) Condition. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $10.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
