This is the #313 Operating Bascule Bridge that Lionel made in the later 1940s. It worked when connected to our Test Set. No "U" Base. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent Minus Condition, very clean. Has been partially restored. No Box. Please add $20.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
