This is the #716 Black Baltimore & Ohio Scale Hopper that Lionel made in the later 1930s and early 1940s. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent/Excellent Plus Condition, very clean, minor marks from age and handling. The Original Box is in (8) Condition and is missing a interior flap. Includes the Insert. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $15.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
