This is the #6827 Black Flat Car with Light Yellow P&H Power Shovel that Lionel made in the early 1960s. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Mint, no signs of use other than assembly. Missing one of the long steel hooks; we will forward one once we come across one. The Original Picture and Inner Box are in (8+/9-) Condition, minor interior tape repairs. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $12.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
