This is the #3854 Operating Scale Pennsylvania Merchandise Car that Lionel made in the later 1940s. Black Doors. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent/Excellent Minus Condition, very clean and bright paint. Includes seven maroon crates. No Box. All Original in our Opinion.
