This is the #716K Baltimore & Ohio Scale Hopper that Lionel made in the late 1930s and early 1940s in Scale O Gauge. Lionel sold the 716K as a kit which the individual would put together and then paint with a brush with the enclosed black paint. As such, this item has been properly hand-painted and is neverthless considered as such original. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Very Good Plus to Excellent Minus Condition. No Box. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $12.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
