This is the #2955 Black Shell Semi-Scale Tank Car that Lionel made in the early 1940s. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent/E+ Condition. The Original Box is in (8) Condition, missing an interior flap, and has a nice Insert. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $12.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
