This is the #2954 Brown Pennsylvania Semi-Scale Box Car that Lionel made in the early 1940s. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Excellent/E+ Condition. The Original Box is in (8/8-) Condition, some interior tape repairs, and has a nice Insert. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $12.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance.
