This is the #3470 Operating Aerial Target Launcher Balloon Car that Lionel made in the early 1960s. Clear Nozzle. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Mint Condition, no signs of use, minor signs of age with some minor oxidation on the axles and wheels. No Envelope. The Original Picture Box is in (8) Condition and includes the Instruction Sheet. All Original in our Opinion. Please add $10.00 for US-48 Shipping and Insurance
