This is the #3530 Operating Generator Car Set that Lionel made in the later 1950s. This has the Short Struipe, Black Tanks, Black Base Variations. Our Opinion is that it is generally in Like New/LN- Condition, minor signs of use and age. The Original Box is in (8) Condition. No Insert. All Original in our Opinion.
